2013 Summary Of Art Meme

It was good to make this summary. For personal reasons - to kick my butt (!) It made me think what I can improve in my work. I know on what I need to focus on, I know what can be done better. Big hopes for 2014.

January

I started uploading my art on Deviantart although I've created my account in the end of 2012.  It was when I started to learn digital painting.

Not much going on in the beginning of the year. I moved to new town and relocation was my main focus . But I regret not having time to draw

February - May 

Mainly traditional sketches. I was still learning digital. 

October

Last month of my job that was stealing my time. After sitting for 8 hrs I could not sit in front of computer much longer. So I could have 3 hrs of drawing more without me being almost blind (at least 11hrs of sitting in front of computer daily). Working that way made process of drawing very slow. 

November - December

I could spread my wings finally. I took a break to focus just on my personal art. Especially in December I've made A LOT of art. I've done many studies, sketches and traditional stuff that finally didn't land in DA gallery. But the amount of work will pay off in great results for sure

Main focus of 2013 was to learn digital tools and workflow. My goal for 2014 is to find my style I would use in my art.  I have big hopes for 2014 !
